This summer I definetely want to read Taiye Selasi’s ‘Ghana Must Go’. I saw it in Waterstones and I was immediately gripped by the colourful front cover. The book discusses the importance of where we come from and how this relates to who we are. In the narrative we travel all around the world from Accra to Lagos to London and New York.
Taiye Selasi herself is a Nigerian and Ghanian writer and photographer and I think her personal touch through her own mixed heritage will add to the book.
Can’t wait to read it.
